1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SONGLAND, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
SONGLAND is an AI-powered internet radio platform. We broadcast music across 16 themed channels, 24 hours a day. Users may listen for free and upload AI-generated music for potential broadcast.
3. User Accounts
You may listen to SONGLAND without an account. To upload music, you must create an account using Google, Apple, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
4. Music Uploads
AI Tool Requirements: SONGLAND accepts music created with Suno only. Your Suno subscription must be Pro or Premier — the Suno Free plan cannot be uploaded, as it does not grant commercial use rights.
Your Rights: You must hold all rights necessary to commercially exploit the content you upload.
Content Standards: No profanity, hate speech, violence, political content, or intellectual property infringement.
No Real Artist Impersonation: Content may not impersonate a real artist.
Upload Limit: 2 songs per day.
5. License Grant
By uploading content, you grant SONGLAND a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to broadcast, stream, and promote it on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. This license ends if you delete the content or close your account.
6. Content Review and Moderation
AI moderation tools review all uploads. We may reject, remove, or restrict any content at our discretion.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
Three valid removal notices against your account will result in permanent account suspension.
8. DMCA
To submit a copyright takedown notice, contact us with: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, and a good faith statement that use of the material is not authorized.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or broadcast.
10. Limitation of Liability
SONGLAND is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SONGLAND from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
